Hi From Our Plant Manager, Helton Santos!

Helton Santos has been leading our Anderson factory since June 2023. He brings a wealth of experience with more than 25 years with the company and previously managed an Electrolux Group factory in Chile. Beyond the impressive investments and facilities, what truly excites him is the dedicated and motivated team in Anderson. Helton emphasizes that the success of the factory is intricately linked to the people who work there. We agree, Helton!

Lending a Hand to Serve Nutritious Food to 600 Families

The number of people seeking food aid in Anderson County has increased and, at Electrolux Group, we care about the communities in which we live and work. Our team members routinely partner with Second Harvest Food Bank of the Metrolinas to distribute fresh, nutritious food items to needy community members.

We Grow by Learning From One Another

At Electrolux Group, we care about one another's professional development. Just ask Emily Davelis, who serves as a mentor to her teammate Shana Medlin. Recognizing Shana's strong work ethic and potential, Emily encouraged Shana to go back to school in 2020 and earn her college degree.

This simple act of encouragement has fostered a friendship between the two women that's grounded in motivating, inspiring and learning from one another each day.

Meet Charles Edwards. He is a dedicated Production Trainer and brings a passion for his work that truly sets him apart.

Charles thrives on the challenges of his role, particularly when it comes to training new team members. His commitment to understanding root cause analysis and problem-solving is instrumental in ensuring our workforce is well-equipped and efficient.

A native of the charming town of Calhoun Falls in Abbeville County, near Anderson, Charles loves the feel of a small town. His passion for helping people shines through by creating a positive impact on those around him.

Sonja Johnson's commitment and hard work have contributed to the success of our operations and is making a significant impact on our safety practices.

Her commitment to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance is truly commendable as she understands the importance of adhering to safety protocols for herself and her teammates. We are fortunate to have Sonja as a valued member of our team.

National Popcorn Day? We're In!

In celebration of National Popcorn Day, our plant manager and team members indulged in a delightful array of salty and sweet treats. The festivities didn't stop there - several lucky employees even walked away with popcorn makers to continue enjoying this classic snack at home. It was a fun-filled day that brought our team together for a tasty break.

Brrrrrr... Let's Bundle Up!

Our Coats for Kids campaign in collaboration with the United Way was a tremendous success. Thanks to the team's generosity, we donated 50 coats to children in need, helping them stay warm during the colder months.

A special shout-out to Development Engineer Emory Martin - her dedication and active involvement in our charity activities have played a large role in making them successful. Our teammates are the best!
